		<description><![CDATA[Personally I think it would be a good idea if you also recognize the people that have been in the system 35 years and 45 years.  Presently only persons with 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 years of service are recognized.  I have been at UH Manos since 1967.  Since I was last recognized when I had forty years of employment, the chances of being recognized again might probably not occur until I hit 50 years.
