That sounds GREAT. I think we should have Hawaiian-only cities and Hawaiian-only jobs too!! Hawaiians should also get paid lump sums from the state periodically just for being born Hawaiian, as well as being tax-exempt, that way all other races can effectively pay Hawaiians! These efforts will surely stop racism and promote equality!!
