The University of Hawaiʻi Board of Regents’ Presidential Selection Committee has placed advertisements in major media throughout Hawaiʻi and nationally announcing the university’s presidential vacancy and soliciting applicants and nominations. Print and online advertisements will appear in the Honolulu Star-Advertiser, Midweek, Pacific Business News and in the Chronicle of Higher Education, which is distributed nationally to universities and the higher education community.

Those interested in applying or formally nominating candidates may contact presidentialsearch@hawaii.edu.

The Presidential Selection Committee completed six months of public outreach from September through February gathering input and suggestions from groups statewide, and is continuing internal meetings with university stakeholders to receive further feedback through the spring on each campus.
