As companies around the world look to gain a deeper understanding of their meetings, events, and travel programs—even consolidating these programs and associated spending—Iwamoto uses his expertise to help these companies integrate technology, build more successful programs and gain a clear view of the “total cost of attendee”—all of which are hallmarks of successful SMM programs.
