art sculptures on display in the mixed media miniature show

The miniature has once again come to the Koa Art Gallery at Kapiʻolani Community College, and in a big way. The gallery’s annual Mixed Media Miniature Show, now in its 17th year, features over 300 miniature art works from some 150 different local artists. The show will be on display in the Koa Art Gallery till December 17.

Gallery director David Behlke debuted the Mixed Media Miniature show in 1996, and continued to curate the gallery’s annual exhibit year after year after much success. The show has become one that patrons and art supporters look forward to, and is an ideal holiday shopping destination for those looking for unique Christmas gifts. Exhibit-goers will find miniature sculptures, paintings, photography, jewelry, and much more.
