Windward Community College student musical talent and special musical guests will be featured in a week of holiday concerts at Palikū Theatre and Hale Aʻo. All performances are free and open to the public. Donations will be accepted to provide more opportunities like these for Windward CC students.

Windward CC Piano Concert—under the direction of So Jin Kimura and Megan Ward

An Evening of Slack Key Guitar, Vocal Hawaiian Music and Hula—under the direction of Kaʻala Carmack, Ron Loo and Makanani Sala
Thursday, December 10, 7 p.m., Hale Aʻo (Hawaiian Studies Halau Mele)
Special guest artists Teresa Bright and Mona Joy Lum
Featuring student soloists from the Windward CC Voice 1 and 2 class singing traditional Hawaiian mele, traditional Hawaiian instruments accompanying students from the Introduction to Hawaiian Music class, and slack key guitar students playing and singing Hawaiian mele under the direction of Ron Loo, plus, hula kahiko by Hawaiian Studies Hula ʻOlapa students under direction of Makanani Sala.
