Out-of-state students interested in exploring sustainability issues in an island context are invited to apply to the University of Hawaiʻi Summer GREEN Program. The 14-day immersive travel experience is being offered by the UH Office of Sustainability, Outreach College, the UH Mānoa Department of Tropical Plant and Soil Sciences (TPSS) and The Green Program.

Selected applicants will be delegates at the World Youth Congress (WYC) 2017 and participate in a global gathering of the next generation of sustainability leaders. WYC serves as a chance for active, innovative and capable young leaders from all over the globe to come together for a week-long event packed with activities.

A limited number of seats are still available for this 2017 summer course. Learn more and apply for the class at the GREEN Program website.
