Students in the Department of Native Hawaiian Health Summer Research Internship and The Queen’s Medical Center Summer Research Internship presented their projects at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa John A. Burns School of Medicine on August 5.

The interns, Reid Akana, Candace Chan, Jason Seto, Cori Sutton, Lea Lacar and Carin Jaber are undergraduate college students who are interested in pursuing careers in medicine or clinical research. Sutton, Lacar and Jaber are currently studying at UH Mānoa.
