The students of the Special Events class of Leeward's Culinary Arts Program feature the cuisine of Chef Dave "D.K." Kodama in the Chef Showcase Dinner presented on Friday, November 12, 2010 at The Pearl.
The four course dinner features Black Tiger Shrimp and California Roll Sauté with BBQ Hollandaise, Seared Ahi Sashimi Niçoise Salad with Garlic Anchovy Aiol, Sichimi Crusted Beef Tenderloin on Fresh Udon Noodles with Roasted Ali’i Mushrooms and Roasted Garlic Demi Jus, Sansei Tempura Fried Ice Cream with Chocolate and Caramel Sauce and Seasonal Fruits. The event features wine pairings by Master Sommelier Chuck Furuya.
Cost for the dinner is $70 without wine or $85 with wine. Reservations start at 6 p.m. Call 455-0298 for reservations and information.
