WASC Reaccreditation Team to Visit UH Mānoa: March 15-16, 2011

UH Mānoa will be undergoing its Educational Effectiveness Review (EER) with a site visit on March 15-16, 2011. The Educational Effectiveness Review is the last stage of the three-stage WASC reaccreditation process.
 
The EER Visiting Team consists of: Edward Ray (chair), President, Oregon State University; Sharon Salinger (assistant chair), Dean of Undergraduate Education, University of California, Irvine; Scott Evenbeck, President, New Community College, The City University of New York; and Susan Hansen, Consultants to Higher Education. The WASC staff liaison for the visit is Barbara Davis, WASC Vice President.
 
The visiting team will participate in a series of meetings on March 15th with Mānoa faculty, staff, students, and administrators. A schedule for the visit is posted on the WASC website at http://www.manoa.hawaii.edu/wasc/.
 
Open meetings with faculty, staff, and students are scheduled for 4:15 to 5:00 on March 15th. The meeting with faculty and staff will be held in the Queen Liliʻuokalani Center Room 412; the meeting with students will be held in Hawai‘i Hall 309.
 
An exit report will be presented on March 16th at 10:00 in Hamilton 301.
