HEPF uses discussion, compromise, and consensus to incorporate many different perspectives and the broadest possible experience into the design of a flexible, forward-looking energy strategy. HEPF annually briefs the Hawaiʻi State Legislature and the public on the status of clean energy for Hawai‘i since 2005.
