The Waikīkī Parc Hotel is pleased to announce a unique partnership with Kapi'olani Community College. "Lē'ahi Concept Kitchen at the Waikīkī Parc Hotel," is scheduled to open in early April and will occupy the former site of Nobu Waikīkī.

The idea of partnering a culinary program with a hotel is innovative, but the Halekulani Corporation, doing business as Waikīkī Parc Hotel, is about to take a concept and turn it into a culinary story.

The Culinary Arts Program at Kapi'olani Community College is recognized for its placement in regional and national culinary competitions, its focus on promoting and using locally sourced ingredients in their contemporary cuisine, their fair market costs, their multi-industry alliances, and the alumni who have become outstanding and successful chefs. While these features will continue, a new chapter is about to unfold.

Lē'ahi Concept Kitchen will feature chefs who will be part of Kapi'olani's Guslander Distinguished Visiting Global Chef Series. As a concept kitchen, Lē'ahi will create multiple dining concepts throughout the year it is in operation. The guest chefs will have their own pop-up events, with their own menu interpretations. Only dinners, daily from 5:00PM - 10:00PM, with the last seating at 9:30PM, will be served. A schedule for public cooking classes is also planned.

Patrons can also look forward to a variety of entertainment, including live piano music. Free valet parking and an embargo on gratuity will be a few of Lē'ahi's amenities. To complete the culinary experience, patrons will have the opportunity to bring their wines of choice.

Where else but in Hawai'i can such a unique story be told.
