Mānoa’s Hariharasubramanian Annamalai, Joshua Barnes, Joyce Hwang, Lisa Kewley and David Rupke and Hilo’s Bryan Kim, Seri Luangphinith and Anthony Wright recently published articles.

Hariharasubramanian Annamalai, Mānoa senior researcher, published “Moist Dynamical Linkage Between the Equatorial Indian Ocean and the South Asian Monsoon Trough” in the Journal of Atmospheric Science.

Mānoa Assistant Professor Joyce Hwang co-authored “Comparison of Centralized and Conventional Food Production Systems in School Districts Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process” in the Journal of Foodservice Business Research.

Hilo Professor Bryan Kim co-authored “Acculturation, Enculturation, Perceived Racism, Minority Status Stressors and Psychological Symptomatology Among Latino/as” in the Hispanic Journal of Behavioral Sciences.

Seri Luangphinith, Hilo associate professor, had her article “Of Exile and Return: Exploring Fiji-Indian Literary Metaphors” published in Indian Writers: Transnationalisms and Diasporas.

Mānoa Postdoctoral Researcher David Rupke, Assistant Astronomer Lisa Kewley and Astronomer Joshua Barnes published “Galaxy Mergers and the Mass-Metallicity Relation: Evidence for Nuclear Metal Dilution and Flattened Gradients from Numerical Simulations” in the Astrophysical Journal.

Hilo Associate Professor Anthony Wright co-authored “Detailed NMR, Including 1, 1-ADEQUATE, and Anticancer Studies of Compounds from the Echinoderm Colobometra Perspinosa” in Marine Drugs.
