Chapter President Gina Tsui displays the Hui Poʻokela chapter’s Silver Torch Award
Mānoa has one of the country’s most outstanding chapters of Mortar Board, the national honor society that recognizes college seniors for their scholarship, leadership and service. Mānoa’s Hui Poʻokela chapter was honored for excellence at the 2010 Mortar Board National Conference.
Hui Poʻokela was one of 77 chapters to take home the Silver Torch Award, presented to chapters meeting chapter management standards while exemplifying the ideals of scholarship, leadership and service. Chapter President Gina Tsui was present to accept the chapter’s award.
