New Student Orientation Program

Why should I attend?

The Student Orientation program includes:

  • Insightful and helpful advice from current students
  • The opportunity to interact with a New Student Orientation Leader (who is also a current UHM student)
  • A resource fair featuring various on-and-off-campus programs and services
  • A campus tour
  • Priority registration
  • Breakfast, lunch and snacks
  • A chance to meet other students new to UHM
  • How to schedule classes, get involved and make the most of your time at UHM!

*Priority pin numbers are no longer available for those who register after August 1st.

The Parent & Family Orientation program includes:

  • Advice on navigating this new phase in your relationship as you become members of the UHM community
  • Opportunity to meet with current UHM students and faculty members
  • A chance to get your questions answered by campus resource representatives
  • A resource fair featuring various on-and-off-campus programs and services
  • A campus tour
  • Breakfast, lunch and snacks
  • The opportunity to meet other parents!



How do I sign up?

Information regarding New Student Orientation sessions will be released in the month of October or November. Please check back our website regularly for updates.
