Cancellations, Changes and Refunds


If, at any time there is a discrepancy with your session dateor your reservation, please review the information below and contact us as soon as possible.

Session Changes

Session changes are highly discouraged but we also understand that there are unforeseen factors that contribute to the need to change. Please carefully consider your availability, the session dates, as well as your time commitment before registering for a session. A $10 processing fee will be assessed for any and all session changes once we have received your initial registration.

Requests for session date changes must be received in writing (either via email, fax or U.S. mail) at least 10 working business days* prior to the session date. If we cannot accommodate your request, our staff will contact you about alternative choices.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

To request a refund for a cancellation of your reservation, please email or fax your request. Be sure your email or fax includes your:

  • Full name of all participants registered
  • The session date (which you initially reserved)
  • Current mailing address
  • Contact email
  • Contact phone number
  • Reason for refund request

NSO staff may also request additional information regarding your request. This may include requests to fill out additional paperwork regarding the request.

The degree to which you will be refunded, based on your cancellation, is shown below:

  • 15 or more business days* prior to Program date - 75% refund
  • 10 - 14 business days* prior to Program date - 50% refund
  • 9 or fewer business days* prior to Program date - NO refund

*business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays
