If at any time there is a discrepancy with your session date, reservation information, or you have a question about your reservation, please review the information below and contact us as soon as possible.

Session Changes
Session changes are highly discouraged. Please carefully consider the commitments, dates, and times of your session selected as you will be assessed a $10 processing fee for any and all session changes once we have processed your initial reservation.
A request to change a session date must be received in writing at least 10 working business days* prior to the session date. If we cannot accommodate your request, our staff will contact you about alternative choices.
*business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays
Cancellations and Refund Policy
To request a refund for a cancellation of your reservation, please email or fax your request. Be sure your email or fax includes your:
- Full name
- The program date (which you initially reserved) and
- Your current mailing address
The degree to which you will be refunded, based on your cancellation, is shown below:
- 15 or more business days* prior to Program date – 75% refund
- 10 – 14 business days* prior to Program date – 50% refund
- 9 or fewer business days* prior to Program date – NO refund
*business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays
