UH-Manoa's KOKUA program provides disability access services to individuals on a case-by-case basis; students are not charged for these services.

KOKUA provides academic access service such as faculty liaison, priority registration, testing accommodations and other campus and community interventions. KOKUA also provides transcription into alternate formats, note taking, sign language interpreter services, and much more.
