Clinical/Teaching Faculty
Clinical/Teaching Faculty is selected and inducted into the Society of Teaching Scholars of the University of Hawaii, Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women's Health. The Program Director's Resident Teaching Award is presented to two teaching staff in recognition of their outstanding teaching and evaluation of resident physicians, modeling exemplary professional behavior, effective communication, and clear, evidence-based clinical guidance and instruction. The Colin C. McCorriston, M.D. Master Teacher Award honors one of the department's greatest medical student teacher, known for his outstanding medical student teaching, for his cultivating medical student's professional and personal growth.
