Description:A musical laid on the fictitious HawaiĠian island of Ami-Ami Oni-Oni, about a "philosophical Irish beachcomber" who owns part of the island, his blonde daughter, a neighboring ranch owner who wants the beachcomber's land, the ranch owner's husky son, and "a reformed cannibal chief." Background shots were filmed on the Big Island of Hawai'i at the Kalapana Black Sand Beach and the Kohala Coast. Hilo Hattie sings "HawaiĠian war chant" and "Cockeyed Mayor of Kaunakakai." Also includes performances by Sol Hoopii, Andy Iona, Lani McIntre, Sam Koki, Danny Stewart, Sam Kaapuni, and Charles Baty.
