Description:Victor McLaglen, John Hall and Frances Farmer. A group of unscrupulous European traders exploit the Islanders of "Manoa." They force the locals to use their trinkets for trade and as payment for dangerous pearl diving. Farmer plays a European girl with a sullied past who finds love in the person of the island prince, Hal. While the pair on honeymoon on "Au Toa Toa" the traders steal pearls from the Islanders, causing an uprising. Farmer is forced to leave Hall in order to save the day.
