The tiny atoll islands of Tuvalu are faced with a very real and urgent dilemma -- how to provide food and other resources for its rapidly growing population. This video seeks to educate the people of Tuvalu about the problem and examines various methods for alleviating overpopulation such as spacing children through family planning. Utilizing interviews with government and community leaders, the video paints a fairly gloomy future for the country if a solution is not found. Dialog in Tuvaluan; credits in English. |
