Effective July 30, 2010, the site is now open for General Contractors to submit a Statement of Qualifications Questionnaire online.
This new process is similar to what exists for Architects & Engineers, although some of the data being requested from
Contractors is slightly different. To begin, click the Consultants/Contractors tab or the yellow "Login Now" image.

About this Website
The Office of Capital Improvements (OCI) implements major capital improvements program
(CIP) projects, which includes new developments and major renovations of existing buildings.
OCI also prepares the University's CIP budget and performs administrative functions to support
campus facilities offices in the implementation of repairs and maintenance and smaller scale
CIP projects.
This site was developed as a central source for budget and project information,
as well as for procurement forms for professional architects, engineers, planners, contractors, etc. who
are interested in performing work for the University of Hawai'i.
