Proposed Administrative Rules Changes


The University of Hawai‘i published a notice of repeal on March 23, 2018, of Chapters 20-2 Statement on Rights and Responsibilites of the University of Hawai‘i Community; 20-5 Tuition Schedules; 20-6 Tuition Waivers; 20-15 Fees of the University of Hawai‘i; 20-18 Student Housing; 20-21 Fees of the University of Hawai‘i System Libraries; 20-22 Waikiki Aquarium Fees; and 20-23 UH Special Events Arena Admission Fees and Charges, Hawai‘i Administrative Rules (HAR). Pursuant to Section 91-6, Hawai‘i Revised Statutes, the thirty day period to petition the University Board of Regents regarding the proposed repeal expired on April, 27, 2018. The next step in this process will be to submit to the Governor for final approval.
