Based on the Demand, Efficiency, Achieving the Dream, and Effectiveness Indicators, along with CCSSE data, Student Services is Healthy.  The issues of the past have been resolved and major changes have been made based on these data.  Most of the major indicators showed an increase, especially the annual headcount of recent high school graduates, for the first time.

Student Services will be fully staffed by end of January 2013.  Two positions, the nursing counselor replacement and the new job placement/career counselor position will be shortly filled.  Two replacement office assistants in Admissions and Records and Counseling were filled.  A newly created enrollment management/marketing person was hired.  We also hired a replacement for our financial aid officer.  With the vacancy of our financial aid clerk, we’re in the process of converting the position to an APT Band A position to provide more front end services.  We look forward not only to improved services but new services to students with our full staff.
