About Our Study

 

This is a great opportunity for your voice to be heard about the gifts of time and love you dedicate to your grandchildren.

We Need Your Help!

The success of our study rests upon learning about the everyday experiences of
a variety of 'Ohana Caregivers.  We would like to hear from you about the unique blessings and burdens that you face as you take care of your grandchildren.

Who Can Participate?

We would like to hear from you if you have primary responsibility for raising your grandchildren and/or you spend at least 10 hours each week taking care of them.  It’s OK if you are not related by blood to these children.  If you consider them to be your grandchildren, we would still like to talk to you.

What Do You Need to Do?

If you agree to participate, we will visit your home to talk story with you about your health and other issues that are important to you.  If you need it, we will bring along a babysitter to play games with your keiki while you talk to us.
