Lori Yancura, Ph.D.
Principal Investigator
Dr. Yancura earned her Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology and has conducted several studies focused upon understanding the relationship between stress and health. She is especially interested in how family roles influence health in older people.

Koah Vierkoetter
Co-Investigator, Health Specialist
Koah was born and raised on the island of Kauai and is pursing a Biology Major and Dance minor at the University of Hawai‘i. She plans to attend medical school to become a geriatrician. Koah likes to spend her time gardening.

A Journalism Major and Speech Minor at University of Hawai‘i, Ashley is also on the UHM track team. Originally from San Jose, CA., she enjoys writing and surfing.

At UH for the summer, Kellie is studying pre-Physical Therapy as well as pursuing a Minor in Psychology at Loyola Marymount University. Kellie is from Kona and enjoys swimming, going to the beach and spending time with her friends and family.
