§92-29 Reproduction of government records on films. Any public officer having the care and custody of any record, paper or document may cause the same to be photographed, microphotographed, or otherwise reproduced on film. The film shall be of durable material and the device used to reproduce the record, paper, or document on the film shall be one which accurately reproduces the original thereof in all details.
