Noncompliance

  Failure to comply with the Purchasing Card Program guidelines may result in:

  • Temporary revocation of the PCard
  • Permanent revocation of the PCard
  • Notification of situation to the Cardholder's supervisor
Your PCard account may be closed and you may be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with applicable collective bargaining agreements and University policies and procedures relating to disciplinary action if you:

  • Use the PCard for personal or unauthorized purposes
  • Use the PCard to purchase alcoholic beverages or any substance, material, or service which violates policy, law, or regulation pertaining to the University
  • Allow your card to be used by another individual or another department
  • Parcel a purchase to evade your PCard limit
  • Use another Cardholder's card to evade purchasing limits
  • Fail to provide receipts and/or acceptable documentation
  • Fail to provide, when requested, additional information about a questionable purchase
