About Judicial Affairs:
Judicial Affairs is responsible for providing information to the University community about the Student Conduct Code, Academic Grievance Procedures, Student Housing Regulations and other related procedures, and the ensuring of rights and responsibilities associated with each policy; investigating and adjudicating allegations of policy violations; tracking grievance cases to ensure compliance with appropriate institutional, state, and federal requirements; providing student rights and responsibilities; and providing rights and responsibilities training for the University community.
