Participants from countries requiring a visa for entry to the United States should begin their visa application process as soon as possible. Allow 30-90 days before May 31, 2008 for processing since it varies for each country and the type of application. Please check with your nearest U.S. Consulate or Embassy for specific instructions.

To apply for a visa, you must:

1.  Call and make an appointment with your nearest U.S. Consulate or Embassy at usembassy.state.gov.

2.  Print our official letter of invitation (pdf file).

3.  Go to the U. S. Department of State www.unitedstatesvisas.gov and follow the steps outlined under "How to Get a Visa".
