What if I need to get a refund for my parking permit?You may return your permit at any time for a prorated refund of its original value, less a $10 processing fee. Faculty and staff must submit D-60 cancellation forms along with their requests if using payroll deduction.

My friend received a citation while driving my car. Am I responsible for the citation?Yes. The owner of the vehicle that receives the citation is responsible for the citation.

What do I do if my permit is lost or stolen?You must file a report with the parking office to request a permit replacement. A $10 administrative fee is assessed to re-issue lost or stolen permits. Your previous permit number will be placed on a lost/stolen permit list and any vehicle using this permit will be subject to immediate tow.

I have a City and County disability placard. Do I still have to pay for parking?Yes. All parking spaces on campus require a fee.
Visitors pay an hourly rate on upper campus; or the daily fee in the lower campus parking structures.
Students, faculty, and staff may purchase medical permits, which allow owners to park in designated disability stalls on campus.
