How do I log into my parking account?Online parking account manager here. Select “Login with hawaii.edu account” if you have a UH ID and e-mail account. You will be sent to the UH login service for authentication.
Otherwise, use the “Login without hawaii.edu account,” using your Employee ID as both your Login ID and Password. You will then be prompted to create a new password.
If you have never paid for a citation online before, create a new account.

I never have paid for a citation online, what do I do?After creating a new account, you will be on the My Parking Account page.
Click on Search for and Pay Citations as shown below.

There are vehicles on my account that I no longer own. How do I fix this?Currently, only the Parking Office can change your vehicle information in your account for you. Please use our online form to request a change.

The address on my account is wrong. How do I fix this?If you are a student, your address information reflects the University’s Banner student registration information. Please make sure the information in Banner is accurate.
Other than students, the Parking Office needs to change your address information in your account for you. Please use our online form to request a change.

I want to add a vehicle to my account. How do I do this?Go online to our online parking account manager; after logging in, click on “Add Vehicle.”
