UHM Parking Regulations are strictly enforced 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Citations shall be issued to vehicles in violation of any parking regulation. Citations range from $15 and up. If a citation is not paid within seven days, a penalty fee of $10 per citation will be assessed. Violations involving a cost for repairing or replacing damaged parking equipment shall be added to the citation fine.

Towing and Impoundment of Vehicles
Any motor vehicle may be removed or immobilized at the expense of the owner if it is in violation of these regulations. Such motor vehicles may be held by the University in lieu of payment of removal and storage charges.
