How to apply for and use a SPECIAL PARKING PASS:
- Service vendor asks their appropriate Facilities Manager to submit a memo to the Parking Office. Memo must include an explanation of the service provided to the University unit(s).
- On approval, the vendor purchases and picks up the Special Parking Pass at the Parking Office.
- Special Parking Pass reads “Valid with Gate Ticket.” On subsequent entries at East-West or Bachman Gates, purchase a daily flat fee ticket from the Gate.
- Display both Special Pass and daily ticket while on campus.
- Park only in Visitor Green Stalls or in designated building loading zones.
- For extension of pass privileges beyond one year, repeat application process (Facilities Manager submits request to Parking Office, etc.).
CONTRACTOR PASS
Service vendors and long-term consultants
Cost per vehicle: $579 annual (renewable for length of contract)
How to apply for and use a CONTRACTOR PASS:
- Service vendors or consultants are eligible to request a Contractor Pass.
- Vendor/consultant asks their appropriate Facilities Manager to submit a memo to the Parking Office.
- Parking Office will determine the exact location of the parking assignment.
- On approval, the vendor purchases and picks up the Contractor Pass at the Parking Office.
- Display Contractor Pass while on campus.
- Park only in Visitor Green Stalls or in zones or areas designated on parking pass.
- Contractor Passes may be renewed beyond one year for the duration of the stated contract and for authorized business only.
CONTRACTOR ENTRY-ONLY PASS
Construction personnel
Cost per vehicle: $10 per term (renewable each fiscal year, July 1 – June 30)
How to apply for and use an ENTRY-ONLY PASS:
- Construction supervisor asks their appropriate Facilities Manager to submit a memo to the Parking Office.
- If approved, the construction supervisor purchases and picks up the Entry Only Pass(es) at the Parking Office.
- Entry Only Pass valid for marked company vehicles only.
- Vehicles must display Pass while parked in the designated staging area for the construction site. Vehicles will be cited if parked anywhere else on campus.
