U-PASS - $100 for the Semester. Over a $200 value!
In an agreement with the City and County of Honolulu, the University of Hawai'i sells a discounted bus pass to enrolled students with a validated student ID for the semester the pass is sold for. The UPASS is sold at the Parking Office and the Campus Center Ticket & ID Office until September 30th of the Fall Semester. The UPASS is good until December 31, 2009 for the Fall semester.
The Campus Center Ticket & ID Office only accepts cash as payment for the UPASS.
The Parking Office accepts cash or check payments for the UPASS.
Please note:
1) the U-Pass in non-refundable, all sales are final.
2) Loss of your student ID is loss of your U-PASS.

To purchase the U-PASS online you will need to go to our online account website.
You will need to be a registered UH student to login and purchase.
BEFORE YOU LOGIN: Since our system was programmed for the purchase of permits for parking. Vehicles are required.
You must enter a vehicle to buy the U-PASS!

Then you can proceed with your U-PASS purchase. Bring your printed receipt and your UH ID to the parking office to get your U-PASS sticker!

State of Hawaiʻi’s Pre-Tax Transportation Benefits Pilot Program
This benefit program is being offered to eligible employees of the State Executive Branch who live and work on O‘ahu. Eligible employees may purchase bus passes for TheBus, TheHandi-Van fare coupons and vouchers for the cost of their Vanpool Hawai‘i seat fees through payroll deduction before federal, State and FICA taxes are withheld, thereby increasing their take-home pay. Bus passes, Handi-Van fare coupons and vouchers purchased through this Program are non-transferable and non-refundable.
