In an agreement with the City and County of Honolulu, the University of Hawai'i sells a discounted bus pass to enrolled students with a validated student ID for the semester the pass is sold for. The UPASS is sold at the Parking Office and the Campus Center Ticket & ID Office.

The Campus Center Ticket & ID Office only accepts cash as payment for the UPASS. The Parking Office accepts cash, check or MasterCard & Visa as payment for the UPASS.
