Ingredients:
Sauce:
1 cup chopped green onion
1 cup minced ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic
2 cups peanut oil
1 tsp. white pepper
2 tsp. oyster sauce
2 tsp. sugar
salt to taste
Procedure:Note: If possible, make sauce a day or two ahead and let sit in fridge. Serve hot or cold.
