Student Activity and Program Fee Board (SAPFB)

SAPFB is a chartered student organization that has been officially delegated authority to make recommendations to the Manoa Chancellor regarding the allocation and use of the student activity and program fee. Appointed by the Manoa Chancellor, the Board is comprised of 11 members, eight of who are undergraduate and graduate students and three faculty/staff.

The purpose of SAPFB is to respond to the needs of all fee-paying students by providing financial support for co-curricular programs and activities, including Registered Independent Organizations (RIOs), University departments, and University-affiliated programs.
