Student Activity and Program Fee Board (SAPFB)

SAPFB is a UH Manoa Chartered Student Organization (CSO) that has been officially delegated authority to make recommendations to the Vice Chancellor for Students regarding the allocation and use of the student activity and program fee paid by each student ($11 per semester and $5 per summer session).

The purpose of SAPFB is to respond to the needs of all fee-paying students by providing financial support for co-curricular programs and activities, including Registered Independent Organizations (RIOs), University departments, and University-affiliated programs. To find out more about how to become an RIO, please visit the Student Life and Development website.

** Funding for Spring 2012 has passed. The board will be contacting all groups who applied within the next few weeks with an update on applications. Thank you for your patience!**
