10/16/2009 Tues	DEADLINE FOR ALL APPLICATIONS • Applications must be turned in to Campus Center Ticket, Information & I.D. Office no later than 4:00 p.m. No exceptions! • Applicants must sign-up for hearing date and time (page 4 of application).
