  • The Pidgins and Creoles in Education (PACE) Newsletter is a yearly publication devoted to issues concerning the use of pidgin and creole languages and related non-mainstream vernaculars (such as African American English) in formal education. One of the goals of the PACE Newsletter is to establish a communication network among organizations and individuals interested these issues.

  • Each newsletter contains reports on existing programs and other news, summaries of recent publications, information about past and upcoming conferences, and occasionally a special report or article.

  • The newsletter depends on contributions from readers, so please send any information you may have on any relevant topic to the editor.
