The Pidgins and Creoles in Education (PACE) Newsletter is a yearly publication devoted to issues concerning the use of pidgin and creole languages and related non-mainstream vernaculars (such as African American English) in formal education. One of the goals of the PACE Newsletter is to establish a communication network among organizations and individuals interested these issues.
Each newsletter contains reports on existing programs and other news, summaries of recent publications, information about past and upcoming conferences, and occasionally a special report or article.
The newsletter depends on contributions from readers, so please send any information you may have on any relevant topic to the editor.

For people who do not have access to the internet, the PACE Newsletter is also distributed free of charge in hard copy. Anyone who would like to be on the mailing list should contact the editor with their name and address.
