February 6, 2007

On February 5, 2007 at approximately 11:00 p.m., campus security received a call from a female student wanting to report that she thought an unknown male had attempted to kidnap her. This incident occurred on Kamehameha Ave., fronting College Hill. The female said that while she was walking, a white, 4-door sedan, early 1990s-model, pulled up next to her and driver told her to get in the car. The driver appeared to be in his late thirties, described as possibly a Pacific Islander, wearing a white T-shirt, looked to be five-foot, four inches tall. While he was demanding that she get in his car, another vehicle pulled up behind him and the suspect vehicle sped away.
