At about 4:30 pm Wednesday (Oct. 10) afternoon, a female student was whistled at and asked to get into a vehicle. The incident occurred in the Kanewai Park parking lot, adjacent to the Zone 22 parking structure on Dole Street near the Hawaiian Studies building.
The driver is described as a young male driving a red vehicle that is low to the ground.
This incident is very similar to one reported on Saturday evening near the Hale Anuenue residence hall on Varsity Place. The driver in that case was seen driving a gold- or beige-colored van.
