The gas leak at the UH Mānoa IT construction site has been secured. Reentry to area is being allowed.
Update 9:30 p.m. Monday, 1/28/13
The gas leak has been plugged, but evacuation of the areas cited below is still being maintained. Stay away from the area.
8:35 p.m. Monday, 1/28/13
A broken gas line has been reported at the IT construction site on the UH Mānoa campus. Evacuation is taking place at that site, as well as these buildings and sites: Physical Science, Bilger, Bilger Addition and Keller buildings, and McCarthy Mall. HAZMAT and the Fire Department are on the scene. Stand by for updates.
