Program Costs and Benefits
You will have the opportunity to relax and enjoy your program with all of the details handled by our program staff. All Short-term in Hawai'i programs include the following each week:
- Program Coordinator assigned to your group
- Four (4) University of Hawai'i faculty presentations a week
- Two (2) fieldtrips a week, including ground transportation
- Housing and meals in the at on-campus dormitories and cafeteria
- Access to the University of Hawai'i library, computer labs, and athletic facilities with University ID cards
- Program folders, including lecture outlines, itinerary, bus schedules and local maps
Program Costs per Student
Minimum 14 student participants: starting at $600 per student per week.
Please contact program manager for details. Cost may vary depending on group size.
These costs do not include Community Building or Leisure Center Activities. Should you elect to participate in either of these options, the costs of the program will increase.
Payment Deadlines
Please note the following payment deadlines for Short-term in Hawai'i programs in January, May, and summer. Should you anticipate any difficulty in meeting the assigned payment deadline, please contact the program office.

Cancellations and Refunds
There will be no penalty for any program cancelled before payment has been made. The following policies will apply for programs that are cancelled post payment. Should you have any questions about the following schedule or anticipate a program cancellation, please contact our program office.

| Notification received 10-29 days prior to arrival. | 25% |
| Notification received less than 10 days prior to arrival or post arrival cancellations. | 0% |
