| EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
SPONSORSHIP AND EXHIBIT INFORMATION There are five options for participating in the 2007 Pacific Coast College Health Association’s Annual Meeting: 1. “Take-One” Table We will be providing a “Take-one” table for non-profits or corporations unable to attend the conference. You can send brochures that will be displayed in a prominent position near registration. Items will not be returned. Price: $75 per brochure 2. Exhibit Exhibitors will receive one 6’ table, two chairs and one sign. Coffee breaks and breakfasts will be held either in the exhibit room or directly outside. There will also be a drawing to encourage participants to visit each exhibit booth. This rate includes registration to the conference for one person, including meals. Additional exhibitors can register at a special rate of $110. Price: $1,000 per booth 3. Gift Donor Exhibitors will be asked to contribute an item for our drawing. Gifts may also be donated by any non-exhibiting company wishing to contribute to the conference. Please contact the PCCHA ’07 coordinator if your company or non-profit is interested in contributing a gift item. 4. Sponsorship Exhibitors may also choose to sponsor an event such as the evening reception, continental breakfast, a coffee break or program printing. Contact the PCCHA ’07 coordinator for more information. 5. Corporate Contributor For those corporations who do not intend to exhibit during the conference but who wish to support the conference and the PCCHA, cash contributions or sponsorship of an event will be gratefully accepted.
