Dr. Andrew W. Nichols received his medical degree from Wake Forest University and his undergraduate degree from Stanford University. Dr. Nichols is Board-certified in Family Medicine and in Sports Medicine. He is Associate Professor and Chief of the John A. Burns School of Medicine’s Division of Sports Medicine and Director of the UH Sports Medicine Fellowship Training Program.

Since 1993, he has been the Head Team Physician for the UH Athletics Department.
