Dr. V. Ted Leon received a MPH degree from Columbia University and his medical degree from UC San Francisco. He completed a Family Practice residency program at Georgetown University and is board certified in family practice. Dr. Leon has a clinical professor appointment from John A. Burns School of Medicine.

Dr. Leon is a part-time staff at the UHSM. He is also an attending physician at the Queen Emma Clinics at Queen's Medical Center.
