Please note that Email and Laulima will continue to be available throughout the outage period:

Expectations during this outage:
1. If customers happen to go to MyUH during the first 10-15 minutes of the outage they will get a server connection error during the cutover time while new load balancing servers are put into place.

2. Temporary channel errors on the home page might be displayed for early initial customers logging into MyUH within the first 5 minutes of the new servers starting up. This can be remedied by logging off and then logging in again.

We appreciate your cooperation and patience during this outage and apologize for any inconvenience. The status of this and any future outages may be found on the ITS home page at http://www.hawaii.edu/its/

[RESOLVED] Expanding System Partition - UH2K3DC02

We need to expand the system partition of UH2K3DC02 because it is running low on space. This will require us to bring down this Domain Controller (DC) for several hours. The effect of this will prevent Outlook users of Exchange from accessing their email that have registered themselves to server UH2K3DC02. If your Outlook is registered to another DC you will not be affected.
