DESCRIPTION:Manoa Dining Services is bringing Chef Nikolai Novoselov of St. Petersburg, Russia to campus.  This effort is part of Sodexo's Global Chef Program, which hosts culinary leaders from around the world to educate as well as delight with authentic plates of food from around the globe. \n\nChef Nikolai Novoselov will be on Manoa campus from Monday, March 7 through Thursday, March 10, dazzling diners with authentic Russian fare at Hale Aloha Cafe, Gateway Cafe, and the Campus Center Food Court. If you haven’t tasted Pork Neck Shish Kebab with Coriander, Cumin & Tomato Sauce, Beef Tenderloin Stuffed with Cherries, Cold Beet Soup with Beef, or Potato and Zucchini Pancakes this is your opportunity to try these Russian dishes!\n\nGlobal Chef Nikolai Novoselov is the Executive Chef at Philip Morris factory in St. Petersburg, Russia .
