DESCRIPTION:Youâ€™re invited to participate in this free entertaining and educational event attended by hundreds of UH and other students, and members of our community.\n \nThe 2017 Korean Culture Day will be held on Friday, February 10 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Center for Korean Studies on the MÄnoa campus. The Korean section of the Department of East Asian Languages & Literatures and the Korean Language Flagship Center are hosting the event.\n \nEnjoy various Korean activities such as traditional games, coloring your own Korean mask, and calligraphy. You can also take photos wearing the traditional Korean outfit Hanbok. In the afternoon, students studying Korean at UHM will compete in a fun-filled talent show.\n \nThe event is sponsored by the Korean Language Flagship Center, East Asian Languages & Literatures, College of LLL, the Center for Korean Studies, and the Francis A. and Betty Ann Keala Fund of the Colleges of Arts & Sciences. Community sponsors include Palama Supermarket, Fabric Mart, Aloha Drycleaners, Ohana Pacific Bank, Kukui Foof Inc., Tony Moly, Hawaii Christian Church, NexGen, and Korean Community Associations.\n
